Message I agree with you for the most part, but there are some shops that pride themselves on not cutting corners. What I am about to say may come off sounding like a shameless plug for Shawn and I, but it is not intended to be. When we work on a car, we make sure everything is perfect down the the smallest detail. We feel that it's that attention to detail that gets us referals and builds a stong customer base. Now I am by no means saying that all shops are like this, but I feel that by your generalized statement about import shops, it kind of gives all shops a shadey overtone. That is quite simply not the case because there are some good shops out there that actually care about their customers.
